Terms and Conditions EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT Medical Grade Device Last Updated: January 30, 2025 FOR CHECKOUT, these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the medical grade devices ("Devices") provided by [EMPULSE] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT Devices, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Device or its associated parts.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Devices. By using the Devices, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has implanted medical device (e.g. cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metallic or electronic device). DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has severe cardiovascular disease (e.g. severe cardiac or coronary disease). DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has severe neuromuscular lesion (e.g. rhabdomyolysis or other disease with quick breakdown of muscle structure). DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has seizure attacks (e.g. epilepsy) or other severe neurological diseases. DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has cancerous lesions (e.g. breast cancer). DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has severe nephrological disease. DO NOT use the EMPULSE EMS TOTAL BODY FITNESS SUIT if the client has danger or existence of internal bleeding. DO NOT apply stimulations over skin, which is not intact, like open wounds, irritated, inflamed, reddened, edemas or infected skin (e.g. healing wounds, bedsore, flash burn eczema, deep venous thrombosis, phlebitis, thrombophlebitis or vasculitis). DO NOT use muscle stimulation during pregnancy or suspected pregnancy, as the effect is not proven. DO NOT take part in intensive trainings for two days after EMPULSE EMS training, as the combined strain might be harmful.

2. Proper Use of Devices

The Devices are intended for use only as directed. You agree to use the Devices in accordance with the following guidelines:

• Follow all instructions provided in the user manual and any other accompanying materials.
• Use the Devices only for their intended purpose and within the recommended parameters.
• Consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using the Devices, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medications.
• Do not use the Devices if you experience any negative or adverse reactions. Stop using the Devices immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
